FIRE AWARENESS TRAINING COURSES

Untrained staff, combined with lack of daily attention to your premises fire prevention arrangements will lead to fire fatalities! Our fire safety training courses are held at client premises by former Fire Service College Instructors, who as senior firefighting officers are fully experienced in the dangers of fire. Using practical experience from real life incidents, we can teach your staff what a fire is really like; how it spreads; the dangers of poisonous smoke and gases. Fire and Evacuation Procedures practical fire prevention measures and the safe use of Fire Extinguishers are all included in our comprehensive, Fire Awareness and Fire Warden training courses. At the end of course each delegate is given a certificate of attendance and we sign off your fire log book. Our training courses are designed to assist you in satisfying the requirements of Article 21 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

FIRE EXTINGUISHERS

Choosing the wrong fire extinguisher can cause serious injury and allow a small fire to grow quickly and spread! Our FETA qualified technicians are always available to advise you on the provision, servicing and staff training for the firefighting equipment necessary for dealing with the fire risks in your premises, in order for you to satisfy the requirements of the latest British Standard BS5306-3 2009 and Article 13 (3)a of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

FIRE DETECTORS AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS

Inadequate fire detection and poorly maintained fire warning systems will allow heat, smoke and poisonous gases to move silently throughout your premises cutting off fire escape routes! All our fire alarm technicians are full experienced and certified electrical engineers who can visit your premises, inspect and test fire your alarm installation to ensure that it complies with British Standard 5839-1:2002+A2:2002 and Article 13 (1)a Of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

Our technicians can also examine and test your premises electrical installation to ensure that it meets the requirements of British Standard BS7671:2008 and Article 17(1) of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order.

We can also carry out your portable appliance testing PAT to prevent electric shock and accidental fires caused faulty and rogue electrical equipment.
